Serendipity bags is the trading name registered by Serendipity bags Ltd. Any unapproved use of the registered logo, symbol or name may be legally prosecutable. Serendipity bags Ltd. is the owner of the web site serendipitybags.com and its contents. Reproduction, modification, transmission, republication and/or redistribution to third parties for commercial purposes are strictly prohibited without the express written consent from Serendipity bags Ltd.


The Serendipity bags website and related services are made available to you by the following terms and conditions. Please read the Terms & Conditions carefully before placing any orders on serendipitybags.com. We recommend you keep a copy of the Terms & Conditions for future reference. We may modify these Terms & Conditions from time to time. If you do not agree to any change to these Terms & Conditions do not move forward with your purchase. Any changes made after you have placed an order will not apply to that order or any resulting contract, unless we are required to make the change by law, in which case such changed term will apply to the order or resulting contract to that extent.


To place orders at serendipitybags.com clients must:
– Be an individual as defined as a “Final Customer”.
– Be 18 years or older.
– Be eligible and competent to enter legally binding contracts.
– Have a valid POP e-mail address.
– Have a valid Credit Card: Visa, American Express, MasterCard or a Verified Paypal Account.

In particular, you must provide your real name, valid phone number, email address and other requested information as indicated. Furthermore, you will be required to provide payment details that you represent and warrant are both valid and correct and you confirm that you are the person referred to in the payment details provided.


Items featured on the web site reflect the actual availability of the article in color and size. Once we have processed the order, Serendipity bags reserves the right to re-confirm the availability of the merchandise, verify the transaction’s validity and check the Client’s record with serendipitybags.comClients will be informed if for any reason the item ordered is not available or if the order cannot be processed as per the Client’s request. 

Serendipity bags shall be entitled to restrict multiple quantities of a product being shipped to any one customer or postal address. Serendipity bags may accordingly limit the amount of a single product that may be requested in an order and may reject multiple separate orders for the same product.


Payment can be made securely online. By submitting an order to us through our website, you confirm and guarantee that the payment details provided on your order are valid and correct. Payment for purchases can be made by cards specified on our site.
You agree that by submitting an order, this immediately authorizes Serendipity bags to charge your debit or credit card with the order payment on submission of your order and implies that you intend to pay Serendipity bags if your order is accepted.


Packages are generally dispatched within 3 weeks after receipt of payment. Your package will be sent at your own risk, but special care is taken to protect fragile objects. Boxes are amply sized and your items are well-protected. We ship to all countries. For European countries, shipping costs are included; for other countries, International Delivery shipping cost amount to 30£. All duties and taxes are the responsibility of the customer and, if for any reason you refuse delivery, you will still be charged the duties and taxes. Your item will be returned to Serendipity bags and you will be directly billed for the unpaid duties and fees along with the additional shipping costs.


Items are considered “faulty” if they do not conform to our quality standards, which require that goods correspond to their description and be of satisfactory quality. If you receive faulty purchased products, you have the right, within 48 hours, to ask for a repair, exchange, reduction in the price or a full or partial refund, according to our judgement. Please email us at info@serendipitybags.com with images of any of your purchases which you consider have been delivered faulty.


Within 48 hours of receiving an item you can contact us at info@serendipitybags.com to request a return. You have then 7 days from the day you receive your ordered product, to specify that you would like a refund or an exchange. All purchased products being returned must be sent back (including those being exchanged) in full including in their original condition, unused, undamaged, unsoiled, unaltered and complete with all original Serendipity bags packaging. All boxes, dust bags, and all other things included in your purchase are deemed part of the product and should be included within your return. We are not obliged to accept returns that do not meet the above conditions and we may refuse a refund in such case and send such products back to the customer or require the customer to arrange for their collection from us, in each case at the customer’s cost.


 To proceed with the return, we need:

• to receive an image of the damaged piece;

• to know when you bought the item;

II. Before shipping the bag please kindly note the following instructions:

• try to fill the bag with paper to maintain its shape;
• put it back into its original dust bag and
 Serendipity bags box;
• pack everything into a shipping box and fill the empty space with paper;

III. To complete the process, we will need some information from you:

• Dimension and Weight of the package;
• Name and Surname;
• Pick up Address;
• Valid Telephone Number;
• Available time for pick up;

IV. As soon as you confirm this information, we will send you:

• Shipping Label;
• Pro Forma Invoice to print in three copies;

Export Documents;

V. To send you the replacement, we need:

• Name and Surname of the receiver;
• Billing Address & Shipping Address;
• Valid Telephone Number;

For refunds to credit cards and PayPal we deduct £6 to cover shipping and restocking. Refunds may only be issued to ​the credit card and PayPal accounts used to make the original purchase.

Once you have posted your return or exchange back to us it can take up to 14 days to reach our warehouse – when it arrives we’ll make sure to send you an email. The refund or exchange will then be arranged for you. We always try to be as fast as possible, but during busy periods it may take a little longer.


We have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colors of our product that appear on serendipitybags.comHowever, as computer monitors vary, we cannot guarantee that your monitor’s display of any color will be entirely accurate. Serendipity bags abstains from every responsibility due to a particular configuration of a client’s computer or to malfunction in regards to the color definition.
